Dear Jack Link's Jerky lovers

All over Europe the “JACK´s Girl”-display (former "Beef Girl") is well-known and very prominent. “JACK´s Girl” became kind of the face of JACK LINK´s. These days we launched a pan-European search for a consumer to become the new face of the brand. We are searching for “JACK´s Girl of the year 2012”.

The online-competition on www.jacksgirl.info / www.jacksgirl.com is now open to woman aged 18+ and the online-vote starts on 26 September. Then people from all over Europe will decide about the new face of the brand. So, if you know someone worthy of being crowned Jack’s Girl please start spreading the word and feel free to vote for your favorite.

Pasta Bows with asparagus and prawns

2 Large tomatoes, chopped
300g Tiger prawns (tails on)
1 Large onion, chopped
2 Cloves garlic, crushed
1 Packet baby asparagus (approx 200g)
1 Packet coloured pasta bows (DICAL HOUSE)
1 tbsp Double cream
1 tbsp Chopped basil & parsley
Zest 1 lemon
